In 2018 Nick Jones published his first children’s picture book, Sarah’s Shadow. Illustrated by Si Clark, the book sold quite well initially and won some independent book awards, most notably the Gold Award in the Readers’ Favorite Children’s Picture Book category.
Fast-forward to the present day and Nick has decided to try and make his next story, One Night in Beartown, happen. He knows that the kids (and parents!) of the real Beartown will love the story when Si has brought it to life, and hopefully it will appeal to readers further afield too. And let’s face it, with it the current global situation, we all need a little magic in our lives right now – especially our children!
So we have decided to give Kickstarter a go in the hope that we can raise enough funds up front to make this book happen. We hope that people will buy into this project and that together we can make it a reality! A £7 pledge will get you a signed copy of the book when it’s published later this year, and there is also a unique advertising opportunity for a select few organisations.
